The Coastal Group has high expectations regarding the performance of our bus operator. Our aim is for each bus service to run on time, to the correct route and with each child seated. The Group and our member schools also expect that everyone involved in school transport treats each other with courtesy and respect. This applies to members of school staff, our transport manager, drivers, students and families.
